Welp! Bye, Subway! What was once a great location is now TERRIBLE. Moving closer to this Subway was a welcome change from the horrible (now closed) location we used to frequent down near Flatbush near Grand Army Plaza. I went to this Subway to buy a footlong with egg and cheese. I had to wait about 10 minutes as no one was at the front to assist. I found their prices to be higher than other Subway locations — they charged $10.99 for the footlong, whereas I usually pay around $8.00 elsewhere. When I mentioned this to the manager, he responded rudely, saying “it’s our price, take it or leave it.” Since I was hungry, I decided to purchase the footlong. On March 9 at 6:35 pm I ordered subway sandwich. By mistake system used my previous order address which was all the way in downtown Brooklyn. I live in Bensonhurst. I couldn’t cancel order, store phone number wasn’t available, customer service was useless. So I couldn’t get my order and money was Never refunded. Stupid workers didn’t want to cancel order for me since no one ever picked it up. Nasty people. Nasty service. Nasty place. I won’t order from Subway aver again
