I called to ask if I left my purse there & this Asian guy on the phone kept telling me to download the app & do this & that. How do I download the app to find my purse? He was so rude & just kept ending the call on me. Will never come to subway again. Location is convenient and seems clean. However, there are clearly some issues with the customer service. Ordered for pickup through the app and they got the bread wrong, and gave less than requested for amount of toppings. I left feedback via Subway’s website, and it seems like someone from their store has reached out to me shortly afterwards with the following email. No apology provided, just this: “We don’t give extra toppings for any orders that are using a coupon code especially a BOGO. Th
