I ordered the Nosawa Trust Me set. I also ordered. Sweet shrimp, salmon eggs, and Hokkaido scallop sushi. The edamame was nice and fresh. Wasn’t too salty, either, and can taste the sweetness of the beans. The tuna and chutoro sashimi was nice seasoned with citrusy soy sauce. However, one of the tuna pieces was a bit fishy. The rest were fine so I don’t know what happened. The albacore sushi, salmon sushi, and New Zealand sea bream sushi were quite nice but I feel the rice was molded instead
Amazing recommendation from a nearby business. The sushi was fresh and delicious. The service was as expected and is a no tipping restaurant which was something I hadn't experienced in the past. There are no dessert offerings.
Save as a date night spot!! Or even just to satisfy that sushi craving! We went at a good time. Walked-in, and was seated right away! As a first timer, my husband and I ordered the ‘Trust Me’ omakase. Usually, I am hesitant of the amount of sushi I would have to eat. But this was probably one of the best portions/courses! I didn’t have to loosen my belt not unbutton my pants 😅
