Asian inspired bakery with an industrial, spaceship kind of vibe. All the seats and tables are metal (very cold to sit on when the AC is on, lol). Hard to pick a pastry because they all sound interesting! Ended up trying their famous ube eclair. Good but wasn't as ube forward as I was expecting. Actually preferred their creme brulee danish, which was filled with custardy deliciousness. Got there late in the day and still had most things in stock. Really cool concept but the pastries were a bit disappointing. Croissants are beautiful presentation wise but I expect to taste more butter and the texture was an overall miss. The corn crunch cookie was a nice mix of flavors. I loved my experience here but I would probably never wait in line.
Ordered a matcha soda, ube eclair and a rand and leek croissant The matcha soda feels a bit confused, slightly too acidic to my liking. The croissant itself is great, but the filling is a bit too sour again. The eclair is decent nonetheless. What i would expect from an ube flavored pastry, with nice little crunch
