First time here and enjoyed our experience. The crispy spicy tuna was great, the rice was perfectly crispy. I had sushi deluxe and I was pleasantly surprised the nigiri tasted fresh and buttery. The tuna roll had the perfect tuna to rice ratio - rare in NYC! My friend had ramen and liked it a lot. Service was good, very attentive. Would definitely come back again.
Suram Sushi & Ramen was a very pleasant surprise. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and everyone we interacted with was friendly, polite, and attentive. I've been here several times. It's a nice spot with a cozy atmosphere, perfect for a casual meal. The Sushi & Sashimi selection was good—fresh and well-prepared. The Sweet Potato Tempura Maki was also delicious. The only dish that disappointed me was the Chicken Karaage (marinated deep-fried chicken with togarashi mayonnaise). It felt more like something you'd get at a fast-food restaurant than at a Japanese restaurant. Overall, I had a good experience and enjoyed most of the dishes we ordered
