You can tell this japanese spot is legit when the chefs and staff are all japanese. It just gives you confidence in both the food and the service right away. Sushi Beauu is located in midtown right at the Empire State Building. During the day, they serve japanese breakfast and lunch sets like onigiri, udon, and kaisen don. At night, the space transforms into a more upscale omakase experience, which also says a lot about the quality of their sashimi and the chef’s craftsmanship ＊Japanese Omelet
My colleague and I stopped by for a weekday lunch, and it was pretty quiet inside. We sat at the sushi bar, where we were able to watch the chefs prepare our rolls right in front of us. Both the server and the sushi chefs were extremely polite and welcoming, which made for a very pleasant experience. The sushi was quite fresh, and the soup that came with the meal was absolutely delicious, I really enjoyed it. The lunch special is also a great value, making it an easy choice for a midday meal. Th
Wonderful restaurant with great service. The lunch menu offers wonderful value with generous portions and fresh fish. I could not be more full after the nigiri and udon set. The chef makes it right in front of you and offer to accommodate my request for no wasabi.
