Awesome sushi omakase!!! We’re lucky to be offered an extra piece of sushi and was witnessing the fresh giant fish in the store! The chef is very friendly and enthusiastic.
Amazing sashimi and sushi omakase! The chef was incredibly kind and informative, explaining every piece as it was served. I loved the complex flavors and layering, especially the touches of shiso. Highlights were the botan shrimp, scallop, toro, and uni. The sesame milk pudding was also delicious! Would definitely come back!
Last night, I brought two of my best friends to experience this omakase. My friend used to work in a sushi restaurant and she was full of praise for the freshness and taste of the ingredients at Sushi Lin! For me, the most amazing thing was the taste of the sauce. The Hokkaido shrimp was my favorite tonight! Highest recommendation! I also liked the taste of the tuna belly, and the Japanese Kumamoto oysters were very fresh and sweet!
