I ordered the caramelized garlic steak and what I got was an embarrassingly small portion, literally a few bites of steak that wouldn’t satisfy a child. For the price Sweetgreen charges, this felt like a complete rip-off. To make it worse, there was no dressing at all. Dry, underwhelming steak with zero sauce or flavor support. Just meat in a bowl, tossed in like an afterthought. This wasn’t a mistake, it was pure laziness and zero quality control. If this is what Sweetgreen at 2460 Broadway c
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sweet Green, and I cannot say enough about how fantastic the experience was. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and valued. The service was impeccable. The food was nothing short of outstanding. Each salad and bowl was expertly prepared, bursting with flavor, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was equally impressive. Excellent service, incredible food, and a delightful atmosphere make this a must-visit. I can’t wait to
This is the worst service I’ve seen at a Sweetgreen. It’s unbelievably inefficient. I live nearby, so I have tried to order in the store and (when I didn’t learn my lesson) order for pickup. The delays in pickup orders are 15-30 minutes. If you go in the store, even if there’s no line, expect this place to take you 15-30 minutes as well, because the staff is working on delivery orders. Not only this, but they also botch the orders themselves. This is not fast casual—it’s slow and bad casual.
