Yesterday was my first time here and today was my second.. says A LOT about my experience! I don’t typically eat out as much as I used to and I love making bowls at home. I met Bre and she made the Garlic Parm Cauliflower bowl for me both days and… 🤌 DELICIOUS. Fresh. Clean. Quality. Bowls filled and filling. I visited Sweetgreen on last Thursday 4/9, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize the excellent customer service I received from Shiy. She was incredibly pleasant, welcoming, and maintained a warm smile the entire time. What stood out the most was how professionally she handled a difficult situation. Welcome to sweetgreen, where our new wraps are mostly sauce. The canned drinks are great! In all seriousness, the service was good. The lady who made my food was prompt! But I am sorry to say the wrap was just…not it.
