This was my first and last time at Sweetgreen. I ordered in person at 1:55pm. I had a meeting at 2:30. Thought that’d be plenty of time. At 2:30 when my salad still wasn’t ready I went to take my meeting in the upstairs area. Came back down at 3 - salad still was not ready. When I asked about waiting for my salad for over an hour there was no apology, no offer of a refund just that they would make the salad now. All of that for a salad that was not even good, the salads I make myself are better.
First and last time ordering from here, first they forgot to add the dressing to my salad, $18 dollar for a salad is not worth it. Secondly when I was ordering the person at the counter asked me if I want bread and I said is for an extra charge? And he laughed at my face, I found it very disrespectful. Not returning here anymore. Also let talk about the one teaspoon portion of chicken! I should have read the reviews before I went to this place! Updated review so I received a response from sweet
Oh my God, I went to this Sweetgreen They have this chicken sesame salad. Oh my god, oh my Lord, I’m going back. This sesame crunch salad is Devine You get warm, chicken, sesame noodles, sesame crunch with a taste of maple honey , on top of the kale, cabbage and carrots & other greens It’s like sunshine in a bowl. This chicken dinner is a winner. Sweet greens you did it again thank you.
