Be prepared to wait about 2 hours for food. Even when ordering on the app, they will leave you waiting 30 mins in a sea of people. Avoid at all costs if you’re actually hungry or on a schedule!
I visited this location on a Monday around 2 pm and they were so busy! I ordered ahead for pickup at 2:15 becuase I knew I would be tight on time. However, I looked at the wrong train schedule and so I actually arrived to Grand Central at 1:30. I got to Sweetgreen 30 minutes earlier than my pickup time and I kindly asked if there is any way possible they would be able to process my order early. The manager was very nice and said they can try to have it done early. I was fully prepared to wait 3
