The lunchtime crowd looked intimidating at first, but the line moved much faster than expected. Not the cheapest salad you’ll find, but a practical option when you want something fresher than the usual fast food.
Julie at the Spring Hudson location is phenomenal. She was so attentive and made an AMAZING meal for me. She also noticed I was running low on sauces while dining in, she ran more over to me. I cannot thank her enough and I’m obsessed with this location. I will definitely come back when I visit New York.
This location is horribly managed. I've placed my order for pickup twice only to find it not available when I arrived and furthermore forced to wait 35mins to an hour. I don't blame the staff, I blame the management which has clearly left the team understaffed and unequipped to fulfill orders in a reasonable amount of time. If you cannot accept pre-placed orders then shut that aspect of your business off until you can. I place my order ahead of time because of the ease and convenience when I onl
