Nope. I left an event at about 1:00 in the morning hungry. Taco Bell is familiar and usually consistent. I parked and walked into the location. I asked if they were still open. One male worker said no and a female said yes. I asked which it is. On top of that, I always check for cleanliness. Fail. At the front door to the left they're a tables. Whatever you do, don’t try to order on the app. Got there about 10min earlier than my pickup time, tried to cancel on the app so I could order at the kiosk. Nope. Where to begin! I went to pick up an order for my girlfriend and myself and had the worst customer service experience. First, I waited 15 minutes before I was acknowledged. There were only 2 other customers in the store, so wasnt busy at all. While clearly, our order was sitting on the shelf. I was treated like a useless Uber driver (and made me go through these processes that a person doing pickup is not supposed to, but I showed them clear evidence the order was mine).
