I don’t live near this location, but every time I’m craving Taco Bell I come here because of the staff. In particular, Santa, who I believe is the manager, since she seems like a real wonder woman taking care of everything and everyone, makes the experience consistently excellent. She’s the best! When she’s around, the place always runs like clockwork, whether it’s busy or quiet. Everything is clean, and there’s never any chaos or disturbances. A nice clean newer restaurant with kiosk ordering. The food was good and was ready in about 5 minutes but it was not very busy when I was there. They did give me my drink cup right away so I could fill it while I waited.
The best Taco Bell in Manhattan. Friendly, fast service. The food always tastes fresh. And a great value. Big windows to people watch while you're eating.
