Casual option for familiar Mexican fare such as tacos, carnitas and quesadillas, plus cocktails.
From Google Maps reviews.
Fantastic service does not make up for the stale , chewy, and dry tortillas, the recooked churros, and the dirty tables. Ordered the Tacos al pastor (super dry on top of an already dry tortilla), Tacos Frescas (definitely fresher, with good seasoning, which helps offset the dry tortilla), Tacos Al Barilla (Hearty meat with a lot of oil, nicely balances the chewiness of the tortilla), and the Shrimp Quesadillas (seems like the tortilla is more freshly made here). Churros may have been the worst e
We were a group of 9 with 4 kids and 5 loud adults lol. Our server Daniel took great care of us with a big smile the whole time. We appreciated him as much as the food we had. I’d highly recommend Tacombi if you’re craving for Mexican food in the area!
Was greeted upon entering and no wait to sit. It was a hot day but tables were sticky. I ordered 3 tacos carne asada, Birria with cheese and a al pastor. The meat isn’t seasoned at all. If you put hot sauce it gives it a kick but meat has barely any taste. I also ordered guacamole and chips the chips were so hard and stale i couldn’t eat them and the avocado wasn’t smashed completely no taste of lemon or salt and pepper. Don’t think i would revisit. No 1 tacos are way better 🙈
