A hole in the wall restaurant for those that are brave and love sketchy places. The most disappointing thing was that the food I ordered was mediocre. The piping wasn't amazing and I had a strange feeling the cheese stuffed jalapeños were taken straight out of the freezer. The place only has 3 tables. I wish I could have tried the other dishes. They had pancita/menudo.
I’ve been ordering from this restaurant every week for a few years on Seamless/Grubhub. It use to be really good. It’s still good now, but the chef or owner has changed. Everything, as in lettuce/tomato or cheese will cost extra ($1.50), even on the taco. The quesadilla use to come with guacamole, but now it’s extra ($1.50). Everything was tasteless. Chimichanga drenched in and leaking oil, a ton of peppers and onions to cover up the lack of shrimps. Guacamole is like half onions and was I supposed to pay extra to get some salt and lime on it? Cemita and steak burrito so dry. Even the tamarind was basically water and food coloring. I'm so offended by how terrible this food was. Total waste of money, and there's way better in the area. Didn't think it was possible to get Mexican so wrong.
