Tatsuda was excellent. The fish was incredibly fresh, the quality was obvious in every piece, and the pacing was exactly what you want from omakase: relaxed, thoughtful, and never rushed. I’d been wanting to try Tatsuda Omakase for a while, and it absolutely did not disappoint. The 16-course dinner was amazing from start to finish — a true culinary experience rather than just a meal. Every course was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. You really can’t go wrong here, and it’s worth a trip just to experience it. Highly recommend.
Amazing absolutely amazing food and service!💕💕!! We had the best time! Chef Andy was so great in his skills and explaining all things and Dave made sure we had a great time!! Our first omakase experience but don't think we can get any better than this. So thankful for making our birthday diner so special 💕
