A decent fast food spot with healthier options and good food. I really like the chicken and sauce, and so for me this place hits the spot regularly. It’s maybe slightly slow and perhaps the food can be a little inconsistent but usually I find it is a healthy portion of chicken, well sauced, no issues. I wish they offered more vegetables, but for the price and serving size it’s good value and fast.
Extremely rude workers, don’t know if you guys know how to properly train and motivate your workers to encourage them to be kind and maintain a friendly and overall amazing customer service, but restructuring and proper disciple is clearly needed in this location! My experience at Teriyaki Madness on 125th Street was extremely disappointing. The restaurant lacked cleanliness, smelled smoky, and the staff was unprofessional. I believe a health inspection is overdue The cashier was unfriendly, coughing near the food, and my order was poorly prepared—burnt chicken, excessively oily noodles, oil spilling out container and undercooked rice.
