Had dinner here last night and it was just an incredible experience. We started with the chicken croquettes, which were juicy and delicious but perfectly crispy on the outside. My daughter had the Denver steak, cooked and sliced to perfection. I had the Philly cheesesteak, Neptune’s pillow, and foie gras cotton candy. Each dish was such a nice surprise and full of delicious flavors. Got the Keylime beach for dessert and it was so innovative. The ambience was incredible, it’s a beautiful location
Great experience at Bazaar Meat. We did the tasting menu and really enjoyed everything, with the exception of the "cotton candy". The main reason we're deducting points for the cotton candy is because, after we had already requested them to slow down the courses a bit, they still ended up stacking two courses, and by the time we finished the previous course, half the cotton candy had melted into the underlying ingredients, so the thrill was lost.
