Outstanding staff here! Special shoutout to Axel who did our 2am check-in! He got my exhausted family quickly and efficiently into our room and smoothed the entire process with parking, etc. He also advised us about getting out of town on our checkout day and how to avoid traffic. I read through many reviews before flying out and almost backed out of the reservations we had for two rooms (26th and 27th floor), but am glad we didn’t. It was a delightful stay and the staff was very helpful, especially grateful for Donota and Victor’s hospitality and professionalism. Had an excellent day four days in the hotel. We are Vacation Club members and I would recommend this hotel for its excellent location and friendly staff. The room was small but the views were amazing. We Would stay here again, what made it extra special was Diego Romero and Orlando the door man and driver. Diego was a great driver.
