I had a really good experience. Nothing went wrong during my stay. The staff were very friendly and honestly provided the level of care you usually expect from more expensive luxury hotels. Maybe my Bonvoy status helped a bit, but the service still felt genuine and attentive. The location is very central and convenient for getting around Manhattan. A solid hotel and in a great location. It's modern and everything was adequate during our stay. I wouldn't expect anything extraordinary from this hotel but this a good place to stay that doesn't break the bank and definitely worth the stay if you're out all day. Overall, would consider staying here if you want to be around the area.
