Absolutely incredible experience at The C Café in the West Village. Every dish was beautifully presented and tasted even better than it looked. The beet salad was outstanding—fresh, vibrant, perfectly balanced, and truly a work of art on the plate. You can tell that great care goes into both the ingredients and presentation.
