There aren’t too many Hong Kong businesses in NYC, so I was really excited when I heard a Hong Kong-inspired speakeasy opened. When I first walked in, I was a little surprised because everything felt pretty visible, which is kind of the opposite of what you’d expect from a speakeasy.
