The Globe Tavern is a friendly and safe bar located in Queens. All are welcome, and they have a Zero tolerance for Bullying. The atmosphere is calm, peaceful and dimly lit, It spacious inside yet cozy. There are board games, darts, a pool table, and a cute small backyard. So having been here before and had a positive experience, I decided to come in for a drink. First of all the bartender (who I later found out is the owner) took my drink order and clearly had an attitude, pretending as if she couldn't hear the correct order. I gave her $20 for my beer, and after waiting for my change back thinking maybe she forgot, I inquired and to my shock she claimed I gave her $5 and I know she knows the amount that I gave her. Friendly staff and regulars. Lots of space to have a party. Pool table, Dart Board, board games, lots of TVs, Back Yard, jukebox, karaoke nights, trivia nights. They don’t serve food there, but you can bring your own in, as long as you are buying drinks.
