WENT THERE FOR THE GUTTER SPARE ROOM ANIMATED SHORTS NIGHT. I LOVE 😘 THIS BAR. IT HAS A BIT OF EVERYTHING, SPORTS ON THE BIG SCREEN NEAR THE BAR, A SMALL BOWLING ALLEY AND A POOL TABLE. THE FOOD AND DRINKS ARE GOOD AND IT'S NOT FAR FROM THE L TRAIN SO IT'S CONVENIENT TO GET TO.
By far the worst customer experience I have ever faced! I've been to the gutter a number of times in the past & had good experiences, but will never be returning after last night! Ruben the floor manager was a disgrace. He was insanely aggressive and rude. We paid for an hour of bowling (and obligingly waited 2hrs for our slot). Got onto our lane - played for 30 mins and then the ball dispenser broke. It broke because apparently the lane couldn't take heavier balls. This was NOT mentioned to an
My favorite part of every month is being able to bowl and see a comedy show after a game, literally right in the back. They did a phenomenal job tonight. Great place. Great atmosphere. Non stop laughing. Was able to bring my best friend out. Waiting on the next one!
