this place was amazing! the owner was super helpful, made sure to let us know our order was going to take a bit longer while we wait for fresh fries, and brought us bowls so we could share. the beef and lamb was perfect and the salad was a refreshing touch
I’ve had a lot a great Gyro’s in the past. But this. This is the best one I’ve had yet! Great service, great food, fantastic atmosphere and excellent staff. This is a place that WANTS to feed you. A must visit if you’re from out of State like I am. 5/5 easy!!

The Gyro Project serves a fast-dining menu of Greek comfort foods from gyros, protein-centric salad bowls, entrees, and more. the cafe space is spacious, clean, bright, and breezy--a welcoming aesthetic and relaxing vibes. there's a good amount of seating in the front and in the back if you decide to dine-in. landed on an order of the Beef & Lamb Gyro --t
