Food was amazing! Got the theater prefixe menu and it was so phenomenal. Only complaint is part of the pretzel got rock hard not soon after it was brought out (that I added to the prefixe bc I skipped lunch, yes I was hungry!) Otherwise everything was great.
First time visiting The Independent last night and we will be back. Great location for dinner before a show. The staff amazing and attentive. All of the staff constantly observed tables when walking past to take care of patrons. There was no attituded of "that's not my job" or "that's not my station." Great team work! We enjoyed everything we ordered. The espresso fall-tini has great flavor. (Just give it a few more shakes for a better froth on top). The pull-apart brioche..sooo good! The pickle
We were walking around the area killing time before we checked in to our hotel & decided to stop here based purely on vibes. We were so happy with our experience! I got the burger + draft beer $20 special and my partner got the shrimp tacos & an espresso martini, and everything was delicious! Our bartender, Clive, was also so friendly and kind. I highly recommend this spot to anyone who finds themselves in the area :)
