Fantastic stay overall. The service was truly exceptional and exactly what you would expect from a true 5-star hotel. The room was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable—especially impressive for NYC, where larger rooms can be hard to find. The only downsides for me were the view, breakfast restaurant on the 2nd floor, and the gym. Breakfast felt underwhelming compared with the rest of the hotel experience, and the gym felt a bit cramped and enclosed since there are no windows. Aside from th

This is a really nice hotel, great location on 5th Ave, solid restaurant with gluten free options. Comfortable rooms. Concierge was great and got us a complimentary car one night to dinner. I’ve stayed here a few times it’s my go to spot in NYC
I stayed here last fall with my mom. My mom and I are both native New Yorkers who have since moved away so coming back and spending a wonderful weekend at the Langham was just what we needed. We stayed in an upgraded suite with floor to ceiling windows throughout the bedroom and the beautiful and spacious bathroom and it was glorious. The service was good. The food was good.
