Great cortado! The roast here is exclusive to Le Labo! I didn't realize it was a fully vegan shop until the barista recommended macadamia nut over cow's milk. I’ve never tried it before, but I’m so glad I did—it was remarkable. I’m originally from Philly and go way back with the original La Colombe on Rittenhouse Square, so I’m thrilled to see they have a footprint in Williamsburg.
A nice small cafe connects to the main Le Labo store. I had the ice latte, it was very good. But I asked for light ice, I don’t think the staff make it light ice. But it still tasted good though. The atmosphere was nice, same aesthetic with the fragrance store, industrial interior design. It has three counter stools for sitting but there are more sittings in the main store, but not really sure if you can drink your coffee there, it was a bit confused in this case.
