  I’ve stayed at The London hotel for 20 years. My first visit was in 2006, and I was impressed with the room size, and well appointed suites. The bathrooms are large, featuring a double shower with beautiful tile. I stayed at The London again in mid June, and was not disappointed. I got in very early from a referee flight from Albuquerque, New Mexico, and I had breakfast and a drink in the bar after visiting the MOMA.   At first I saw that this hotel had a sub 4* rating. After staying I’m not really sure why. Check in was fast & everyone was very pleasant. Room is a great size for New York City we stayed in the king suite. Coffee machine had my espresso capsules. Location is great next to Central Park. I prefer staying in Meat Packing personally but wanted a change. Very good hotel for the price point. If there were any issues before I think they have been resolved.

  I can't say enough great things about my stay here! Check in was early and easy! I had a couple of simple requests and both were done before I arrived! The housekeeping was daily as was turn down with a cute chocolate on the nite stand 😍 The toiletries that came with the room smelled amazing and didn't dry my skin out...the bathroom vanity was a perfect spot to get ready for the day and freshen up in the evening.
