  Great experience. The location is absolutely perfect: steps from MTA subway stations, Broadway, Central Park, and Times Square! The staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are big enough and the beds and sofa bed are very comfortable. One elevator is under renovation so you may need to use the service elevators. Wait times for elevator was the only downside at this hotel. Highly recommend!

  This hotel has a really great location. It is really close to central park (10 mins walk) and to times square. The staff are also very nice and professional. But there's a catch. The rooms are really dated. For example, it looks like the carpet has never been changed since the hotel was started in 1996. That said, the rooms are clean and there are no funny smells. Would I stay here again? Only if I can get a great deal...E.g. 225 euros per night. If you looking for a luxurious vibe, keep looking
