We came here hoping to play pool, but one person kept controlling the table and made it uncomfortable for others to play. The bartender did not step in to manage the situation. Staff should handle this better so everyone can play fairly. I would not recommend this place for pool.
I normally wouldn’t leave a review because I love this place and don’t want it to blow up too much. But seeing some of these 1 star reviews saying it’s not welcoming to POC pissed me off. Every time I’m in there is a diverse group (especially at the pool table) having a great time together. Every staff member has been cool and welcoming, especially Spencer!
I went here after work with two of my friends. I brought two of shots and my friends brought two rounds of beer. I opened and sat both my beers on the counter took a sip then they disappeared each time. I was kind of ready to go after she removed the 2nd so I asked to close my tab and I expressed that I felt I was discriminated against because both my friends walked off and played pool while their drinks reminded on the counter no one touched theirs.
