This spot is an absolute gem, it’s not the generic health spot you see. Everything here is thought out and planned out and the ingredients they use are top tier. What surprises me most beyond the protein density they manage to pack into every item, is the fact that the food is also very delicious and can compete with any regular food spot. i make sure to stop by every time im in the area and the protein shop never misses. it’s hard to find good shops/restaurants that are macro friendly and yum. give the spot the try if you need your protein goals taken care of! arnold and staff are also awesome!
Great specialty food. For someone who’s prioritizing protein, this is perfect. The bagel and chicken Caesar wrap was amazing. The messy Mary froyo was loaded with toppings for only 320 cals. Feels like a cheat meal, but isn’t! Friendly staff too
