Very nice hotel that has a homey feel yet still very NYC. We will definitely stay here again when we go back to NYC. The room for two was also big. It has a lot of unique facilities from meeting rooms to a theater under. The Whitby Bar and Restaurant has good food and drinks. The waiting staff could be more efficient but the place was always full. We were there just a few days ago so the good memories of Whitby are still very fresh.
I went here for cocktails and a light dinner. Beautifully decorated, comfortable seating, attentive servers, good atmosphere and not too noisy for conversation. I had a Spicy Margarita with a guacamole and chips bar snack. For main I had the Ora King Salmon with sweet potato mash and curried chic peas. Would definitely recommend a visit.
The Whitby Hotel is absolutely stunning! I loved the colorful interiors, warm atmosphere, and amazing service. Every corner feels unique and artistic. The location is perfect — close to Central Park and great shopping. Breakfast and afternoon tea were a real treat. A truly memorable New York stay!
