Theodora never misses! The service is always incredibly gracious, welcoming, and helpful. This is hands-down my (and my partner’s) favorite restaurant in Brooklyn. The plates are delicious in both their simplicity with quality ingredients paired with spices and sauces that are beautifully balanced and unique. Finally snagged a reservation! And yes, it was worth the hype. The atmosphere is amazing and warm. Our server was wonderful and kind. Love the sourdough with whipped ricotta. The mackerel toast was delicious. Red snapper ceviche excellent. And the whole dry-aged branzino, so good. The server also helped debone the fish and he did a great job. Would definitely come back again!
What a fantastic experience. Everything was 5 stars. We sat at the bar and watched the team prepare our food and it was seriously an amazing experience. We got so much food. Basically tried most things on the menu. See the pictures you'll see! Branzino was our fav, the black Cod was also super delicious. The octopus, the sourdough WOW was that good! Fernando, Avery, Dan and everyone else were super fabulous. Hope to be back here again! Reservations are not easy so plan in advance. So worth it.
