Great spot to work or study—plenty of space with both indoor and outdoor seating. The environment is laptop-friendly and has a relaxed vibe. Food is average, but the overall atmosphere makes it a solid choice for getting things done.
Lee, one of the baristas, seriously makes my day when I go. In a neighborhood where you can throw a rock and find a cafe, the friendliness makes a difference. And Lee does just that. I also love their lavender matches. Syrups are made in small batches and intention from a couple.
Really disappointing experience at Think Coffee in Williamsburg today. I was clearly next in line waiting patiently while the customers ahead of me finished ordering and chatting. Instead of helping me, an employee took the order of a man who had just walked in and completely skipped over me. No acknowledgment or apology. Just rude and dismissive customer service
