Absolutely the best fried chicken I’ve had in NYC and I’ve tried them all. The chicken was crispy and yet very juicy inside. The mashed potato was also good. The biscuit was quite mediocre. This place is now my go-to whenever I want fried chicken. The employee Zihang was also friendly and helpful.
Worst chicken. Not enough turnover so the chicken does there so long that it's all dried out. How many hours does it take for chicken to dry out? Or over fried?
Stopped by on a whim and ended up really enjoying this place. The fried chicken was fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right — crispy without being oily. Taohe was welcoming and patient, answered questions and kept things moving even when it was busy. You can tell when someone actually cares about doing a good job. Overall a solid experience, and I’d gladly come back again.
