Chose to stay at this location as it was across the street from the theatre of a show I was in town to see: so a great location! Close to multiple train lines and walkable to so many food and entertainment options. Was pleasantly surprised that a jazz lounge is across the street as well, so enjoyed that one night. The staff were always friendly throughout my stay. I really appreciated the care and safety they took with storing my luggage to let me explore the city before I was able to check into a room. Great prices for the stay! A great location for walking to Broadway shows, visiting tourist spots including times square, and getting to and from the Port Authority Bus Terminal to travel to and from the airport. A quiet and safe street, didn't have any city noise wake me up throughout the night. Breakfast
Let me open by saying, if you just want a place to crash for a couple nights and are sick of looking at the hundreds of options, this is a fine bet. It is quiet, relatively safe, and clean. The details: Pros: Location is close to every subway line you could need and relatively easy walk otherwise. It’s close enough to Times Square but not so close it’s super loud.
