Stylish restaurant serving traditional Chinese dishes including popular soup dumplings.
From Google Maps reviews.
Nice casual Chinese food. No wait for walk in Friday night. Really liked the liquid egg yolk bun and bean curd puff. Soup dumplings could have been more flavorful. String bean eggplant was a bit too sweet snd saucy. The shredded beef was decent but flavors seemed a bit generic. Overall nice place, good service, and decent selection of dim sum and Shanghai style dishes.
One of our favorite lunch spots in Manhattan. High quality dim sum with excellent flavor at a reasonable price. The pork dumplings in chili sauce are a stand out, as is the crispy half duck. If they are not too busy they will even roll the crispy duck pancakes with all the fillings for you. And they make a great Lychee martini. Always friendly service with a smile.
Really great find. I live in an area where the Chinese restaurants are average at best. Nice atmosphere, great prices and the food was very good. Not to mention the happy hour drinks…!
