My order was not what I originally ordered. When I called to find out what happened, I was told that I had received exactly what I ordered. Later, they said they would send someone to pick up the food and issue a refund. A few minutes later, the manager called and changed the story, claiming that I received the correct amount of food and that they could not send a driver to pick up the order. Instead, I was told to return it myself. The manager also admitted they did not have enough of the item
This place is a solid, consistent and a regular go to spot for delicious food. I have picked up an order before, the restaurant has cafeteria seating available but the delivery service is fast and very reliable so I usually order delivery. Sometimes they get the order right and sometimes its red beans instead of black beans like I asked. Or ice tea instead of ginger ale like I requested but overall, this place is solid and I will always order a whole chicken with yellow rice and black beans for
I come here frequently however , I was there yesterday and ordered the yellow rice a large with red beans , first of all the rice was apparently burned because the entire container smelled so bad and it actually had the burned taste that my son could not eat it ! Tropical Grill if you burn rice while cooking just THROW IT AWAY!!! Risking a bad review and losing customers is not worth it. The rice was smelled si burnt it was terrible! Also , the sauce in the beans are usually nice and thick last
