The Mompataio was really good, the flavors all came together really well and helped give moisture to the Fried Pork Chops. The Fatty parts of the Pork were very tasty as well. My spouse enjoyed her meal as well, the chicken was tender and worked with the caramelized onions with the bell peppers giving it some crunch.
