They sent me 2 bowls that were supposed to be frozen and they were not frozen and then I called and I explained that to the guy I spoke to on the phone on April 11 @ 1:45 and he told me he’s the manager and I ask him if I can come back so he could remake them because I was not satisfied with the service. He said “he wasn’t going to remake them because he knows he didn’t send them that way it’s the the drivers fault maybe he had a hot car or something ” now look and the images and lmk what y’all
Me and my sister made it 10 minutes before closing, and Akil was the kindest worker I've ever met. He was so kind to make our drinks even though there was other customers, ensuring that we got the smoothie we wanted. He was so patient, and you could tell making sure everything is perfect before giving it to us, overall just a really hard worker.
