This place automatically adds a 20% gratuity to your bill (which they didn’t tell me…), but then also presents a suggested tip amount on the final screen that doesn’t reflect the gratuity already included. It makes it really easy to accidentally tip an extra 20% on top of what you’ve already been charged. Definitely trying to take advantage of unsuspecting patrons.
Bartender was an absolute legend and the wine was beautiful. So stoked this place was recommended to me.
