We really enjoyed our meal at Udon Lab. We started with the sautéed Brussels sprouts and the takoyaki (octopus fritters), and both were so good—great flavor and cooked perfectly. I ordered the pork Niku, which was comforting and delicious. The service was friendly and welcoming, and the location was super convenient since we were staying right next door during our visit. Overall, a great spot and definitely one I’d recommend if you’re in the area!
This is a warm and cozy udon restaurant in K town and we came here for the first time after a Ranger game at the Garden. Their udon is freshly made and you could definitely taste the freshness with a nice chewy bouncy texture!. Their niku udon was mild with rich dashi flavor. In contrast, their Korean spicy udon was bold with intense flavor. Both udons were amazingly delicious, and we had a bottle of sake to balance the udons with a clean fresh finish. They also have a good selection of appetize
I was here last Monday and everything was amazing. You should definitely try the pork katsu curry udon and the truffle salmon hand roll both were so good! Also don’t skip the cocktails. I tried the Shinkai Waves and my husband got the Mystic Green, and both were really tasty. The service was friendly and fast. We will definitely come back again!
