If you want authentic Guyanese cuisine, the place to go is Upper Dem Express. The food is finger licking good! I highly recommend the Bakes and Saltfish. You haven't had baked chicken unless you have theirs. It is done in a unique sauce that would have you wanting more each time. The restaurant is immaculately clean and the staff courteous and friendly.
First time going in here dont seem.like there's much options but the black budding was not bad. The server was taking way to long with one woman.
Food was decent but this is a take away joint. There's is no atmosphere to speak of and you shouldn't expect any in this circumstance. Staff was friendly however so that's a plus.
