A surprise for you....Neither slice tasted as expected.... Not bad, just not as advertised... Hate COLD cheese on top of hot pizza... Where's the lemon zest and pepper flavor on my Cacio E Pepe? The spicy vodka, missed the spicy vodka mark... Zero flop on either slice, again, not bad, just not as expected.
Has potential to be really good. Inconsistent slices. One had more cheese. The other more burnt less cheese, a lot thinner. Pizza came out too hot. Maybe over cooked and burnt. The guy didn’t hesitate to serve the burnt slice. You can see in the picture how one is more burnt. Just my honest review.
The pizza was amazing. I got the cicao pepe and we also got a slice of cheese. It was so good we had to come back and get a whole cheese pizza to take home!
