Came in on a sunny day and had a great experience! So many different flavors and the employee working named Santos was great at helping me pick a flavor. I tend to be very indecisive when it comes to flavors and he helped aid me in choosing. 10/10 experience. At other locations the employees have treated me with less respect. But that wasn’t my experience today! :)
The service at this establishment has become extremely unsatisfactory. Orders are prepared very slowly. Couriers arrive on time, but they are forced to wait, and then they are asked to contact the customer because it turns out that some items are out of stock. They are told to call the customer themselves — this is something the store should handle before the courier even arrives!!!!!!!!!! BECAUSE YOU RECEIVE THE ORDER IN ADVANCE BEFORE THE DRIVER ARRIVES!!!! This is absolutely unacceptable fo
This location has been really disappointing lately. I stopped buying their Black Cherry Chip because it's been poorly mixed (vanilla ice cream and cherry jam) the last few times I've bought it. Last two times I've been, the Brown Sugar Cookie Dough pints have been missing. I ended up checking the bodega down the street and getting it for cheaper last time, but they didn't have any today so I went back to Van Leeuwen.
