We ordered three scoops - one of them was strawberry sorbet and I swear to God it was the smallest scoop I had ever seen. It was gone after we ate 3,4 spoons of it. We asked them if this was one scoop. Several times… and the girl in the front said this is usually how big the scoop is…? Wasted our money. Didn’t tip them. *the photo shows the scoop after we’ve eaten a bit of it.* still it’s ridiculous. Never coming back to this Van Leeuwen place again.
1 person working on the warmest day of the year. She’s was doing a great job and working very hard. Felt very bad. Should have had at least 3-5 employees working. Extremely disappointed in Van Leeuwen.
Ate here Jun. 24. I got Earl Grey and Honeycomb in a waffle bowl. As per usual with any Van Leeuwen location I've been to so far: great ice cream, great service, and altho the prices are a little expensive it is worth it. Even got a free topping which was a pleasant surprise! Place was a little crowded but I didn't have to wait long to order. There is seating inside (see photo) but depending how crowded it is they may be occupied
