For the vegans: they have 4 flavors. Aztecs (chocolate), strawberry, mango, and raspberry. They all tasted great but the chocolate and raspberry were absolutely divine!!! The store associate, Katt, was so kind and helpful. They let us try everything and gave us wonderful recommendations as well. 10/10 experience and we will be back! 😁
Excellent gelato, which at first seemed pricey, but hey, it’s NYC, and they certainly gave a generous helping! Spotlessly clean, with a large selection of chocolates as well; fast, friendly service. The gelato hit the spot, and little cookie on top was a nice touch too.
So I’m here at venchi and I could not be more satisfied with my experience. It all starts with David who took care of me and is amazing at his job. We had crepes , coffee and gelato. He made great recommendations and has amazing customer service skills. All in all I love this place and highly recommend it and will certainly be back.
