After reading many reviews of Venchi. We were not disappointed. The store was bright, airy and fun. The staff was knowledgeable and had a great attitude. The gelato flavors were a lot of choices. Ultimately the caramel was sensational. Only thing is that its a bit on the expensive side compared to its competitors. Nonetheless it was very good.
Venchi Chocolate & Gelato on 7th Avenue is top class! Amazing quality chocolates and authentic Italian-style gelato with rich flavor and great texture. You can immediately feel the difference in quality from the first bite. The shop itself has a very nice atmosphere, elegant presentation, and a premium feel without being pretentious. Perfect stop if you want something sweet while walking around NYC. Everything tasted fresh, indulgent, and properly made. Dangerous place if you love chocolate —
I have not had Venchi before, but this would be in my top 5 ice creams I have ever had. I went for the chocolate in a chocolate cup, covered with chocolate chips. My son had the fruity sorbets. Both were AMAZING. Wish I lived closer.
